All schools have been asked to have project material for display on Proclamation Day in March 2016.  To help teachers, a series of courses will take place in Blackrock Education Centre, starting November 25th.  
This 2-evening course will look at everyday life, newspaper sources and images to reconstruct the period leading up to the events of Easter Week 1916. We will look at a number of practical, classroom-based activities to help your pupils explore this exciting time in Irish History.
