Reflective conversations and Active Listening: Enhancing the Emotional Wellbeing of Educators

A five-week course online, hosted by Hugh Fitzmaurice and Máire Higginssound

Active listening is at the heart of our online conversations. We aim to nurture a reflective, non-judgemental space for educators where the art of listening is cultivated through three lenses; a structured conversation, insightful questions, and pause for reflection. In this space, silent reflection is of equal value to professional dialogue. Our core intention is to speak with each other as educators and cultivate a safe, non-judgmental space where all voices are heard. As professionals, our sharing in each encounter is kept in strict confidence within the space.

You can drop in once and drop in again the following week if you feel like doing so. Looking forward to meeting you all. This meditation experience is for beginners and experienced meditators.
