Teaching is both a rewarding and challenging job at the best of times. Now, with the many additional demands placed on schools due to the pandemic, it is more important than ever to focus on your own well-being and resilience as an educator. The field of Positive Psychology (the science of well-being) can provide teachers with many skills and strategies to help you to fill your own cup, so that you feel strong, replenished and equipped to face the challenges of the role.
