20LC 09 018 - The Middle Leader a Key Member of the School Community

 

These webinars will take place on 22nd, 29th of September and the final session is 6th October from 7pm - 9.30pm with Harry Freeman.

 

The course which will be run over three evening sessions (each of 2.5 hours duration) will address the following themes:

• Defining Middle Leadership

• Models of Leadership and their application

• Leading change

• Establishing and creating a vision for the role of middle leader

• Leading teams

• Planning 

• Motivating 

• Managing meetings

• Managing Workload

• Managing conflict

• Preparing for Interviews

 

The course will have a practical focus and will provide opportunities for participants to engage in discussion and share good practice.
