21LC 01 001 - The Middle Leader a Key Member of the School Community
These Zoom Meetings will take place on 14th, 21st & 28th January 2021, you will receive a link for these meetings from Blackrock Education Centre on each day.
The course which will be run over three evening sessions (each of 2.5 hours duration) will address the following themes:
• Defining Middle Leadership
• Models of Leadership and their application
• Leading change
• Establishing and creating a vision for the role of middle leader
• Leading teams
• Planning
• Motivating
• Managing meetings
• Managing Workload
• Managing conflict
• Preparing for Interviews
The course will have a practical focus and will provide opportunities for participants to engage in discussion and share good practice.
