Wellbeing is defined as 'being happy, healthy and or comfortable'.

This program is designed to help you create a school environment that promotes a culture of wellbeing and enhances belonging, connection, personal and team wellbeing, focus and productivity, covering:

  • The 3 core elements that underpin every successful organisation with a thriving culture of wellbeing: Leadership, culture and personal responsibility
  • Strategies to inspire effective participation and engagement across the whole school
  • Effective planning, goal setting and implementation
  • The role of awareness and support programs in facilitating personal empowerment and responsibility
  • The programme will also give an overview of the different pillars of wellbeing.

Learner Outcomes:

  • Insight into the relationship between wellbeing, productivity and growth
  • Actionable strategies to create a culture of wellbeing in your school and overcome barriers that block a well culture
