This session will deal with our capacity to be people of hope. We work in community with others and can influence our colleagues positively or negatively. Where can we go to strengthen our reservoirs of hope and resilience? How can we support our students who may have little hope?
Key Issues:
Working with hope for a better future, promoting positive relationships with students,
Recognising the effects of trauma, being the one good adult for a student.
Facilitator: Carmel Lillis works as a facilitator on leadership programmes for teachers, and as a coach for individuals and for teams.
