This course will help participants to have a better understanding of what is meant by wellbeing. It will look at different strategies for supporting wellbeing and provide opportunities for participants to reflect on how to implement these more fully in their own lives. The course approaches wellbeing from a body, mind and spirit perspective. The course is interactive and participative and incorporates a mindfulness component.
